I’m really not a big anime fan. I know, I know I need to try a little bit but when I found out that they had made another vampire move, I had to check it out.

Blood: The last vampire pulls back the veil we have over our eyes about the world of humans, vampires, and demons.

Onigen, the evil patriarch of all vampires wants to take over the world.

It’s Saya’s mission to destroy Onigen and finally be at rest.

I have to admit that I was a little sceptical at watching “Blood The Last Vampire” because I was expecting way too much wirework and not enough storyline.

Of course I was wrong and I enjoyed the characters that Gianna Jun, Allison Miller, and Koyuki presented.

As for the storyline, everything happened that I expected to happen. I usually hate when a movie is predictable but the special effects and fight scenes did make up for the predictability of the movie.

So if your looking for an action flick for the night or just want to see if writer Chris Chow turned an anime adaptation into a good movie then check out “Blood The Last Vampire”.
