Free movie online – James Cameron The Abyss

Published by cmaher at 5:59 am under movie news Edit This

James Cameron The AbyssJames Cameron promises a story of action and thrills in his movie The Abyss. What kind of Sci-Fi adventure can you expect from actor Ed Harris and actress Mary Mastrantonio?

Virgil Brigman (Ed Harris) and Lindsey Brigman (Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio) are civilians that lead a team of divers hired by the military to scavenge a nuclear submarine. What dangers lurk at 800 feet of ocean? Will it be over zealous Navy SEALS or an aquatic alien race?

Ed Harris role as Virgil ‘Bud’ Brigman is one of my favorites.
For once Ed Harris is not taking on a police or villain role in the movie The Abyss. As for Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio there were some favorable moments in the film Ed Harris was definitely my favorite for this film.

The special effects that James Cameron directed for The Abyss are earie, creepy, and fantastic. The Abyss is definitely a film to watch if you’re a special effects fan. I could go on about what James Cameron did with the movie but I want you to see them for yourself.

The men that worked on the special effects went on to win an award for their work in The Abyss. James Cameron, Ed Harris, and Mary Mastrantonio were all nominated for a Saturn award in 1991; unfortunately James Cameron was the only one that walked away with the win.

I hope that you’ll enjoy James Cameron’s The Abyss as a free movie online. Be sure to check back tomorrow, as I’ll be giving my review of another free movie online. Be sure to check out Fancast before they take this free movie offline.
