Is Johnny Depp walking in dark shadows?
Dark Shadow fans are hoping that Johnny Depp will come over to the dark side.We have seen Johnny Depp play some dark characters in his past roles. Is he ready to take on a television character that is from 1966? Fans who love the original television show believe that Depp would be perfect for the role of Barnabas Collins.
My husband also agrees with the Dark Shadows crowd simply because the role of Barnabas Collins is quirky and strange. We all know that Johnny Depp knows how to play quirky and strange in his movie roles.
So what is Dark Shadows and Barnabas Collins about?
The Collins are a rich family in Maine. They seem to have some strange occurrences going around them lurking in dark shadows. It seems that in those dark shadows are anything from witches to werewolves including Barnabas Collins who is a creature of the night himself.
Collins, hmm…do you think that New Moon writer Stephanie Meyer got the last name from the 70’s show?
