Before you run out to the movie theaters for The Taking of Pelham 123 staring John Travolta and Denzel Washington, sit down and enjoy the 1974 original story as a free movie.
The free movie of The Taking of Pelham 123 stars Walter Mathau as Lt. Gerber. Of course Denzel Washington is playing the character that Walter Mathau did before. I still have to figure out of John Travaolta is brown, blue, green, or gray. Trust me if you watch the original movie then you’ll understand exactly what I’m talking about during the free movie of The Taking of Pelham 123.
Of course with remakes there is always more ammunition, testosterone, car wrecks compared to the original free movie. Though it’s great that the directors are keeping a few of the scenes in the free original movie in tact. I would have hated to watch the original and see a completely different character in John Travolta and Denzel Washington.
