X-Men Origins Wolverine rocks charts but X-Men fans want him 86

XMen Origins Wolverine and Gambit

X-Men Origins Wolverine may have made over $86 million and topped this weekends box office charts but true X-Men fans want Wolverine eighty-sixed from future X-Men Origins movies. I started out my day reading tons of comics about the latest X-Men movie and let me tell you the fans want to destroy the movie heads with the power of Phoenix.

This is one of the things that I love from movie fans. They speak loud and clear on their feelings about movies that get their inspiration from comic books, like the X-Men series.

I think Fox Film Corp better listen loud and clear because Movie Hunger readers are not happy with what you have done with Logan A.K.A Wolverine. Some people think that Sabertooth had more steel than our hero in X-Men Origins.

I have to admit that I have read only a few of the comic books but Wolverine was always the man that gave people the urge to spit obscenities at. Calling Logan a jerk would be putting things mildly. Movie fans that spent a hard earned $20 thought Wolverine was a girly-girl.

Unless Fox Film Corp makes some changes to the script; I don’t see a major outcome for either X-Men Origins First Class or X-Men Origins Magneto. Movie fans have their heart set on that fiery redhead Jean Gray and it seems a story about her first months on campus is just not going to cut it.

I haven’t heard about that. I’m surprised since it made so much money this weekend.
