Catwoman Eartha Kitt says “Farewell”
Santa Baby, won’t you give kitty nine more lives for me. A sad Christmas indeed as my current favorite Catwoman and songstress has lost the last of a cat’s nine lives.

After years of hard work and setting the pace for African American women on televison. The original Catwoman and Songstress Eartha Kitt passed away from colon cancer thursday.
Though I’m not African American, Eartha Kitt was a role model for me. She showed the world what class, sexuality, strength, and elegance should look like. Along with her role as Catwoman in the 1960’s she also was a great songstess.
Eartha Kitt then went on to be a wonderful voice Actress and won many awards for it. I’m sure you can remember The Emperor’s New Groove and The Emperor’s New School.
Eartha Kitt also dabbled in Literature. Her three autobiographies are Thursday’s Child (1956), Alone with Me (1976), and I’m Still Here: Confessions of a Sex Kitten (1989).
Though she may not be shining those pearly whites on earth. I’m sure she is looking down at us and smiling. I’m sure that I won’t be the only one that will miss her charisma, passion, and energy.
