Face your fear on television for $20K

Look it’s Dracula and his vampire brides painting the town blood red. I’m only joking, well partly. Steve Valentine has a role in television that is just down right creepy.

If you remember Steve Valentine played Nigel Townsend on the television show Crossing Jordan and even wrote a few episodes. He then went on to play The Boogeyman in “Don’t look under the bed”.

Steve Valentine has taken that experience to host a new show on Sci-Fi that puts contestants in some nasty situations.

As host of Sci-Fi television show “Estate of Panic” Steve escorts contestants to scary and down right devilish levels inside his home. Contestants make a mad dash for cash inside the Estate that lately has been close to $25,000 each time.

The one rule is be the person with the most money and don’t be the last person in the room. As Steve Valentine says “Keep one eye on the money and one eye on each other.”

IMHO the gig as a host who pits contestants against their fears serves Steve Valentine well. He’s able to throw some witty one-liners into the mix when cameras are on him.

I love watching his reaction when contestants come racing down the halls after dealing with a “room” on the television show.

I just don’t know though. I don’t know if I would be able to face my fear of spiders for the chance of $20K or more. How about you?
