Rosie O and Kids Night On Broadway
I remember my first night on Broadway. O.K. it wasn’t exactly Broadway but it was Hollywood. It was a place of movies, theater, music, and fun.
My stepfather, mother and I got dressed up to go see “The King and I” staring legendary Yul Brynner. It was a magical moment that I will keep with me till the grave. OMG I’m tearing up already.
I’m sure this is how it is with Rosie O’Donnell at The 13th annual Kids Night On Broadway. As Ambassador she promotes an event that could change a kids life.
Kids Night On Broadway introduces young people to the magic of live theatre and encouraging the ongoing history to a new generation.
Rosie O’Donnell and The Broadway League, keep up the hard work. KNOB is something special. The support comes from someone who went on to see Cat’s and Phantom of the Opera simply because of that wonderful night in 1983.
